Prices 
Blinds, Poles and Tracks Direct reserves the right to review prices, discounts and terms at anytime and therefore these are subject to alteration without notice. Orders are accepted at prices, discounts and terms ruling on the date of despatch. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.  
  
VAT 
VAT will be charged at the standard UK rate applicable at point of sale. VAT is included in the price displayed. 
  
Confirmation of Orders 
Orders and payments will be confirmed by email. If there are any errors please notify us immediately to allow us to make any changes. 
  
Minimum Orders 
There is no minimum order. 
  
Delivery Charges 
Orders under £100 delivered anywhere in the UK or Eire for £8.50 including VAT.
Orders of £100 or over delivered anywhere in the UK or Eire - FREE.
When items are in stock, we will despatch within 24hours of your order on a next day carrier service.  

Delivery Times 
Blinds, Poles and Tracks Direct will endeavour to despatch your goods within 1 working day from date of confirmation. If any goods are out of stock we will notify you immediately and a choice will be given to change your order, wait for stock, or cancel. Your parcel will require a signature at time of delivery; please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. 

Export 
We are a UK based company and specialise in supplying the UK mainland. However we will consider delivery overseas. Please contact us to discuss.
  
Claims 
It is the BUYER'S responsibility regardless of delivery address to ensure goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory quality. 

Returns and Cancellations 
Should you wish to return any goods to us it is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned adequately protected and in the original packaging supplied. The cost of return unless the goods arrived damaged is to be paid by the customer. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return them to Blinds, Poles and Tracks Direct for an exchange or refund, providing they are returned within 7 days from the date you received them.

Payment Terms 
Payment is by credit or debit card, Paypal account or Google Checkout account.
Payment is made at point of order.
